Forget Me Not Fondo

After yet another amazing Levi’s Granfondo, Levi and the Bike Monkey team headed down to the Forget Me Not Farm to present the donation from the event. Causes don’t get much more worthwhile than this. Most of these kids have had it pretty bad, but because of Granfondo participants, Levi and the Bike Monkey team, they can continue on that much further with their amazing cause.

Maria and Martin had the dream wedding that every bride wants. Carefully crafted with an immense amount of details, from the surprise antique car ride into the vineyards for some alone time, to the amazing private property as a backdrop. This amazing day was more than your average wedding. It was the union of two families and the undeniable love between two amazing people.

What an amazing day for Bethany + Paul. It was apparent that these two are meant for each other. It was very cool to witness Paul singing a song that he wrote for Bethany and her reaction was even better. The amount of detail that went into this day was off the charts!

Saving Annadel, One Ride At A TIme

Oops, they did it again! The Bike Monkey team pulled off another amazing event at Santa Rosa’s Annadel State Park. The Race started at 9 A.M. sharp in front of Bike Monkey headquarters. Annadel’s trails aren’t for the faint of heart, boasting some of the roughest terrain around. Oh, did I mention this Bike Monkey’d event is the only reason Annadel is still open? Bike Monkey is the second largest donor in the effort to keep the gates open. The park was set to close as of July 1st of this year but the Bike Monkey team and 600+ riders wouldn’t have it. Who would have thought, tear it up on the trials AND save a park! For those of you who want to see more photos and grab some for your wall head HERE…We likely got your mug!

The Epic SoNoMas 2012

This event is definitely not for the faint of heart! SoNoMas is THE most difficult event that Bike Monkey produces. 34 miles doesn’t sound like a lot but when you add words like “gnarly”, “grueling” and “steep” you’ll think twice. The guys at Bike Monkey recommend some good training before it’s even considered. Levi Leipheimer’s time (2:57’48″) has yet to be beat. He’s certainly proven himself to be more than road worthy. We had a great time hiking around the trails getting some shots of their hard day in the hills! Below is just a handful of the days event. Wanna see more? Click here.

Traveling The Tour

Thats a wrap! We have just completed our portion of filming for The Levi Effect! It was an amazing experience to travel to 14 different cities documenting Levi behind the scenes. We had special access for the entire tour to go wherever we wanted, including in the time trial car! Certainly a once in a lifetime opportunity.
